Study On Open Management Model Of Coastal Ecotourism Scenic Areas

As public tourism resources,coastal eco-tourism scenic spots gather high-density tourists,which cause many problems in ecology and scenic area management,seriously affecting the development of coastal tourism.Based on this,a more scientific open management model is studied to solve the ecological and management problems of coastal eco-tourism scenic spots,so as to promote the sustainable development of coastal tourism.This paper mainly uses literature analysis,empirical research and comparative analysis,and mainly studies the following three aspects: 1)Through literature analysis,it summarizes the background,development process,application research and development trend of eco-tourism,coastal eco-tourism,sustainable development and scenic area management,which provides a theory for the construction of open management model of coastal eco-tourism scenic area.2)Taking the Silver Beach of Beihai in Guangxi as the research object,through conducting questionnaires,interviews with tourists,scenic area managers,local residents and industry experts,combined with on-the-spot investigation,this paper's analysis and summary show that tourists are more concerned about the environmental conditions and management service level of scenic spots,and the satisfaction of tourists' experience,economic consumption and so on.From the perspective of the managers,the open management mode of scenic spots has brought them great difficulty in management.Local residents consider most about the negative impacts of ecological environment destruction,traffic congestion and economic benefits brought by tourism.Industry experts view the sustainable development of scenic spots from a professional point of view,considering the sustainable development of scenic spots as a whole,not only protecting the tourism ecological environment,but also balancing the development of the interests of different groups.3)At last,compare the open management mode of Jinhai Bay Mangrove Eco-tourism Area,China's First Beach with Beihai Silver Beach.This paper collects the evaluations and suggestions of tourists,scenic managers,local residents and experts on the two open management modes of scenic spots in the empirical study of three coastal eco-tourism scenic spots.On the premise of protecting the ecological environment of scenic spots,this paper balances interests from different groups and comes out with the opening management modes conforming to sustainable development of coastal eco-tourism scenic area.This paper is based on the evaluation of the open management mode by tourists,scenic area managers,local residents and experts in the empirical study of three coastal eco-tourism scenic spots,takes the sustainable development of eco-tourism as the premise,and combines with obvious a low peak season of coastal eco-tourism scenic spots.Given the opening time,opening area,opening mode,ecological environment protection,behavior management of tourists and scenic area management,this paper comes out with three modes of open management conforming to absolute peak season,general peak season and off season of sustainable development of Beihai Silver Beach constructed with different emphasis on manager management and infrastructure maintenance.These modes conform to the sustainable development of Beihai Silver Beach and can be used for reference in the open management of coastal eco-tourism scenic spots.
