Characterized Urban Forming And Controlling Methods Study Focused Of Mountains And Hills In Taiping New Town

China is a vast land with abundant natural resources,low in the west and high in the west,and a variety of topography in various forms,including plateaus,mountains,plains,hills and basins.And the mountainous area is vast,the plain is less.Although the mountainous area is rich in forest and mineral resources,its terrain is rugged and the disadvantages such as transportation inconvenience make its development limited.The plain area has the geographical condition that the town develops since ancient times,but its area is little,make up only 12% of land area.And the hilly region is the geographical environment with the intermediate conditions.Hilly topography has significant effect on urban characteristics,and the current domestic cities up the hill is in full swing,city hills landform is a lack of attention,in the design of project developers to obtain the biggest benefit to the practice of ground leveling,these practices not only destroy the natural ecological environment,urban characteristics,but also to cause damage to the human living environment.Hope this paper study the gentle slope hills city middle and lower hills area how to build the urban characteristics,the analysis of mountain hilly topography and urban space and the combination of hills landform for the urban design good,on the basis of case analysis,summarized the influence of low hill internal "gene" spatial characteristic of urban space,and based on the planning concept of urban design and control methods.In this paper,problem-oriented research is carried out,and the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems are elaborated.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,purpose,significance and methods.The second part is the literature review,combing the relevant research status at home and abroad as well as the related planning practice status at home.The third part is the case study,analyzing the experience of successful cases and drawing lessons from failure cases.The fourth and fifth parts are the analysis,research and planning control of the urban spatial characteristics in the low hill and gentle slope area of Taiping New Town.This paper analyses the present situation of urban construction in low hill and gentle slope area of Taiping New Town,and points out the problems of urban construction.Based on the planning practice of low hill and gentle slope area in Taiping New Town,the characteristics of urban space are analyzed,studied and planned.The sixth part is the planning and control strategy of urban spatial characteristics in low hilly and gentle slope areas.The basic factors affecting the urban spatial characteristics in low hill and gentle slope areas are refined,and the control methods of urban spatial characteristics in low hill and gentle slope areas are summarized.This paper puts forward the construction method of urban spatial characteristics in low hilly and gentle slope areas based on urban design concept and the control content in "spatial planning,landscape system and site design".
