With the continuous progress of social economy,people's pursuit of quality of life is increasing.As one of the urban infrastructure,urban central heating has a direct impact on people's quality of life.At the present stage,the automatic control technology of central heating system is immature,the hydraulic and thermal imbalance of heat user is serious,and the quality of heat user is poor.How to make the central heating system better meet people's needs is a difficult problem facing the heating system.The building unit control system effectively solves this problem,realizes the automatic control of heating system,and automatically adjusts the heat supply according to people's needs.Siemens S7-200 PLC was the core component of the building unit control system.The hardware composition and software functions of the system were introduced in detail.The upper computer presented the field operation data by using the Kunlun state MCGS touch screen,and controlled the parameter setting of the PLC.The heat source monitoring center used MCGS6.0 configuration software,and carried on the network with the field building unit controller through GPRS module.Communications,in advance to predict the heating system,to achieve heat users on demand,improve the quality of heating.The building unit control system toke ‘heat supply' as the control concept,used ‘big temperature difference,small flow' operation mode of secondary network and ‘big flow,small temperature difference' operation mode of tertiary network.According to the change of outdoor temperature and heat load,the system heat supply was set in real time,and the heating supply of tertiary network was changed by adjusting the water mixing ratio u,so as to realize the following adjustment to the heat users.In view of the large delay and non-linearity of heating system,the building unit control system adopted the fuzzy adaptive PID controller,and compared it with the traditional PID controller through MATLAB simulation.The scheme made inferential decision on the deviation value through the fuzzy operation rules,corrected the parameters of the PID controller online,and realized the adaptive control of the system.Figure 40;Table 6;Reference 45...
