| With the rapid growth of large-scale wind turbines and photovoltaic machine assembly machines,the long-distance delivery of wind turbines,photovoltaic units and thermal power units has become an inevitable trend.Due to the strong volatility of wind power and photovoltaic output,its large-scale grid connection will affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid.In order to improve the system’s ability to absorb wind power and photovoltaics,the goal is to minimize the unit’s power generation cost.From wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity ratio optimization and bundled transmission capacity planning,how to study wind turbines,photovoltaic units and thermal power The unit’s bundled delivery capacity is optimized to promote the development of baling and delivery of wind power and photovoltaic bases.The research in this paper is mainly divided into the following three aspects:(1)Based on the probabilistic statistical method,the output characteristics of new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaic are proposed.Based on the historical data of wind power and photovoltaic output,consider the timing output characteristics and output variation characteristics of wind power and photovoltaic at different time scales.Guide the optimization of wind power,photovoltaic and thermal power bundled delivery capacity,and improve the system’s ability to absorb wind power and photovoltaic.(2)The method of wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity ratio and wind power generator,photovoltaic unit and thermal power unit bundled transmission power planning are proposed.The complementarity of wind power and photovoltaic output was analyzed,and the complementarity of the combined output of wind power and photovoltaic superposition was quantified by quantitative evaluation index complementation rate,and the proportion of suitable wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity was obtained.The transmission power was also planned by considering the seasonal characteristics of wind power output and photovoltaic output and the load characteristics of the receiving system.Making the planned transmission power not only helps to promote the system’s consumption of new energy,but also reduces the peaking and standby pressure of the receiving system.(3)Theoretical analysis of baling and delivery of wind power,photovoltaic and thermal power was carried out.In order to better promote the consumption of wind power and photovoltaics,the matching thermal power uses flexible thermal power units.And the objective function of the lowest unit power generation cost is established,which comprehensively considers investment cost,operation and maintenance cost,fuel cost,loss of load cost and transmission cost.Finally,under the ratio of installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaics,the installed capacity of the installed thermal power is determined to solve the appropriate wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity and the external transmission capacity,so that the unit power generation cost is the lowest.The research results of this paper have certain engineering guiding significance for the bundled delivery of wind power and photovoltaics in new energy-rich areas and the improvement of the power system’s ability to absorb new energy. |
