The turbine valve system is a vital mechanism in the turbine installation.The important structural components such as the valve body in the system have the characteristics of complex space surface,large structural size and high manufacturing precision.Designers have been unable to design and manufacture high-quality valve products in a short period of time using traditional two-dimensional design methods,and will spend most of their time in the two-dimensional design expression process,resulting in low product design efficiency and long development cycle.Wait.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find a new design method to improve the research and development efficiency and production quality of turbine valve products.In the field research and careful analysis of typical cases-water valve ball valve design and production process,on the basis of the overall process of the product were summarized and the main design content,create the core components-the main valve of the overall design steps,and combined with the actual needs of enterprises,expounds the valve based on NX 3d design of the overall solution,combining the characteristics of the valve products and developed the three dimensional design system.In this system,the standard parts library and screw design module developed by adopting parametric design technology and WAVE parameter correlation technology will solve the problem of repeated modeling of valve products in the process of 3d modeling.The screw design module can also intelligently design the length of screws and realize the function of automatic opening.The BOM table module developed according to NX component attribute relation can replace the traditional method of manually collecting and sorting all component attribute information,and greatly improve the design and manufacturing efficiency of valve products.Aiming at the 3d modeling problem of a special type of fillet welding in the process of implementing welding expression in enterprises,a solid modeling method using WAVE geometric association technology is proposed.This method will be able to ignore the impact of complex weld section,the resulting weld can meet the enterprise design requirements,and guide the actual production of valve products.Based on the NX8.0 software platform,the core function modules of the valve 3d design system developed by C/C++ language will include project initialization,standard parts library,screw design,BOM table,welding blank generation and special corner welding and other modules.At present,the valve three-dimensional design system has been in cooperation with the enterprise has been tried,the test,has been able to basically meet the needs of enterprise design,and effectively shorten the enterprise valve product development cycle,greatly improve the quality of valve components design.
