All kinds of high voltage asynchronous motor are widely used in Baotou Steel's factories.As the power sources for all kinds of systems.The stable operation of all kinds of high voltage motors is related to the smooth production.Because of design,manufacturing,load,environment,installation,some motors have the problem of excessive vibration.This kind of vibration excessive operation state will cause hidden danger to the equipment.Therefore,on the basis of mastering the structure and principle of the motor,it is the purpose and significance of this research to diagnose and analyze the problems of the high voltage motor through fault diagnosis technology and put forward maintenance suggestions.Through the "Baotou steel equipment information management system" and the "Baotou steel equipment status release system" platform,with the help of testing instruments,a large number of key high voltage asynchronous motors in baosteel plants and mines have long been data acquisition and analysis,and overhaul and verification,summing up various types of fault characteristics,accumulated experience.The vibration of large and medium-sized high voltage asynchronous Motors is divided into electrical vibration and mechanical vibration.In terms of electricity,electromagnetic vibrations are caused by uneven magnetic fields,broken cage strips,and uneven air gaps.On the mechanical side,rotor imbalance,rolling bearing failure,sliding bearing failure,shaft defects,and parts collision and grinding will all cause motor vibration.For different vibration types,the spectrum has its own characteristics,and the fault diagnosis methods and methods used are also Different.The fault of rolling bearing is the most common type of fault.By analyzing the characteristic frequency of each component of rolling bearing and comparing with the actual vibration signal,the fault of rolling bearing can be identified.EMD-empirical modal analysis method can effectively analyze non-stationary signals.The fault diagnosis method of rolling bearings based on current analysis is also an effective diagnostic method.For unbalanced vibration,the mechanism is relatively simple,and it is also relatively regular.Based on LabVIEW motor rotorimbalance fault diagnosis method can be graphically programmed and rapidly calculated.The fault detection method based on the second generation wavelet transform can effectively eliminate noise interference and has high accuracy.The spectral characteristics of vibration caused by grinding and vibration caused by loosening are analyzed and summarized.Introduce time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis and time domain analysis of signals.The Fourier transform formulas of Period signal and discrete signal are introduced respectively,and the characteristics of fast Fourier transform are introduced.Short-time Fourier transform,Wigner spectrum and wavelet analysis are briefly introduced.Under the line repair of the rotor,using the Schenker HM6 U type dynamic balance machine into the balance check,the dynamic balance machine can intuitively show the remaining uneven measurement and phase of the tested rotor.For the online rotor,the influence coefficient method is a commonly used online balance method.Through vector operation and trigonometric function operation,the quality and phase that need to be aggravated can be found,and the field balance problem can be dealt with quickly and accurately.Using the equipment of Baosteel Telesen 8833 ? Bentley SCOUT100 and VMS-04 B balance system of Zhengzhou Machinery Institute,the problems of bearing failure,unbalanced failure,grinding failure and lack of support stiffness were introduced by case.
