In this paper,the two-stage planetary gear train of wind turbine gearbox is taken as the research object to study the load sharing characteristics of the whole system.The main work includes the creation of three-dimensional model of two-stage planetary gear train and virtual prototype model,the parameters are the characteristics of the first-stage planetary gear train,the effect of the correlation parameters of the first-stage planetary gear train on the second-stage load-carrying characteristics,using MATLAB to compare the results of the uniform load characteristics of the virtual prototype technology analysis,and studying the support stiffness of the component to the load-carrying characteristics of the whole system.Impact,research on the uniform load characteristics of the two-stage planetary gear train with a drum-shaped gear coupling and different components floating.Main research content:(1)Establishment of virtual prototype model: After analyzing the transmission principle of the entire planetary gear train,the physical model is established by UG,and then imported into ADAMS for dynamic simulation,and the speed and meshing of each component in the simulation results are calculated and analyzed.A series of related parameters such as force and meshing frequency are compared with the theoretical values to verify the accuracy of the whole model and the reliability of the research using ADAMS.(2)Analysis of load sharing characteristics based on virtual prototyping technology: After ADAMS performs dynamic simulation,the data of relevant meshing force are extracted for analysis and calculation,and the load-carrying coefficient curve is drawn.The load-carrying characteristics of the system without error are studied.The influence of parameters such as error,load and tooth surface friction on the load characteristics of the first planetary gear train;the effects of the first stage eccentricity error,the sun gear breakage fault,the meshing stiffness and the input speed on the load sharing characteristics of the first stage and the Coupling of secondary load sharing characteristics.(3)Analysis of load sharing characteristics based on MATLAB: The theoretical analysis model of translation-torsion dynamics of the system with installation error,eccentricity error and time-varying meshing stiffness is established.The results obtained by MATLAB and virtual prototype simulation results are obtained.The load factor is compared and the influence of the support stiffness of the relevant components on the uniform load characteristics of the entire planetary gear train is investigated.(4)Establish a solid model of the crown gear coupling,based on the ADAMS analysis,adopt the drum gear coupling and the load sharing characteristics of the system when the different components are floating,and compare the drum gear coupling before and after the use and the components to float separately.The advantages and disadvantages of the load sharing characteristics of the component joint floating method are obtained,and the selection criteria of the floating component are obtained. |
