Planetary transmission system partakes the load to form the power dividing by applying multi-planetary gears and make full use of space volume and high carrying capacity of ring gear, which makes the planetary transmission system to be provided with the advantages of compact size, large speed ratio, efficient, steady in performance, strong bearing and so on. So it is a widely used in cars, airplanes, and all kinds of engineering machinery transmission types. However, because of the inevitable processing tolerance, assembling tolerance and deformation during operation, the load of each planetary gear is unbalanced, which leads to reducing bearing, emerging noise and vibration, and finally, reduces the reliability of system. So it has important actual significance to research the even loading technique in planetary transmission system.The below work is mainly contained in this paper:First of all, the dynamic load sharing model which is based on the lumped parameter method is built. In this model, gear elastic deformation coordination conditions are introduced, the comprehensive error and lateral clearance of low speed and heavy planetary gear is calculated, and the planetary transmission gear standard static state is analyzed by using the finite element method, finally time-varying mesh stiffness function is obtained.Secondly, dynamic load-sharing behavior is analyzed. The time domain response of transmission system is obtained through example; the influence of input speed, system stiffness and gear error to dynamic load-sharing behavior is analyzed, the software is developed to analyze dynamic load sharing behavior of planetary transmission system. The results show that dynamic load coefficient increases with the input speed increasing, it decreases with the stiffness of central member decreasing. The eccentricity error of sun gear affects dynamic load coefficient notably.Then, The FEA load sharing behavior of transmission systems is analyzed. The FEA parameterized modeling is set up:The carrier is simulated by using elastic beam elements, the revolute pair is simulated by using MPC element, the contact model of planetary transmission is built. The FEA load sharing behavior is studied through example.Finally, some measures of load distribution balancing are analyzed. The influence of flexible planet pin stiffness on load sharing in planetary is studied. The dynamic load-sharing behavior is studied, when the sun gear, the ring gear and carrier are taken as the floating components. The results show that these measures can improve load sharing behavior.
