A lifeboat is a ship-specific equipment that rescues a drowning person or evacuates a crew member when the ship is in distress.The polar cold weather is likely to cause freezing of the door of the polar lifeboat door,which causes the lifeboat door to fail to open normally,which reduces the life-saving capacity of the lifeboat.In addition,the temperature of the polar lifeboat must be maintained at least-30°C to ensure that the crew is wearing thermal insulation.Under normal survival.In order to enable the polar lifeboat to reach the deicing and heating and insulation purposes,this paper studies a carbon fiber cloth that can be embedded in the polar lifeboat hull,which can be used as a hull reinforcement material and can use its own electric heating effect to de-ice.The composite structure was studied and its application and performance in polar lifeboats were studied.The main research work is as follows:(1)A carbon fiber cloth composite material for use in a polar lifeboat door is prepared.Designing several typical carbon fiber cloth composites to lay out different forms of carbon fiber cloth composites,including pure carbon fiber cloth composite preparation,carbon fiber cloth/glass fiber cloth hybrid composite preparation and carbon fiber cloth/glass fiber cloth layer.Mixed paving composites.(2)By analyzing the arrangement of pipeline,the failure mode of gas cylinder and the risk source of gas leakage inside and outside the cabin,the gas leakage and the location of explosion source are determined.The general coupled method was used to simulate the antiknock performance of the cargo hold structure under the shock wave load of the gas leakage explosion of the compressed natural gas carrier.(3)The application of carbon fiber cloth electrothermal composite materials designed for polar lifeboat research.For the polar lifeboat door,design the layout scheme of carbon fiber cloth electrothermal composite material and analyze its heating deicing effect;for the polar lifeboat,give the heat load required to heat the boat temperature from-60 °C to-30 °C,design carbon fiber cloth The arrangement of electrothermal composite materials,calculate the thermal load under the arrangement scheme,determine the arrangement quantity and area of the carbon fiber cloth electrothermal composite material,carry out the simulation analysis of the heat distribution of the air temperature inside the lifeboat under different schemes,and finally determine the carbon fiber cloth electrothermal composite material.Arrangement plan.(4)The mechanical properties of the carbon fiber composite specimens were tested and compared with the FRP materials of the hull.The finite element strength analysis of the polar lifeboat after the carbon fiber composites were arranged.
