With the increase of urban traffic congestion problem,traffic problems have attracted more and more people’s attention,and related research has also increased dramatically.How to solve urban traffic congestion has become an important research topic,including the mechanism of traffic congestion transmission.The research is conducive to the traffic managers to establish an early warning mechanism for urban road congestion spread,to develop a more scientific and rational traffic relief plan,and to improve the city’s traffic control and management level.Traditional traffic survey methods are difficult to fully grasp the real-time status and dynamic changes of urban road network traffic,which is not conducive to the study of the transmission mechanism and evolution law of urban road congestion.From the perspective of traffic big data,this paper applies the floating car data to the real-time identification of urban road network traffic congestion and initially explores the transmission mechanism of urban road traffic congestion.The research in this paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Aiming at the difficulty of map matching for large-scale taxi GPS data,the map matching idea based on topological relationship is adopted,and a fast map matching technology based on GIS is proposed,which can quickly complete map matching and reduce traffic big data.The workload of processing reduces the threshold for traffic big data application analysis.(2)According to the characteristics of taxi GPS data,the average speed of the road segment is selected as the road traffic congestion evaluation index,and the calculation method is given in combination with related research.Combined with the road traffic characteristics of road network,the K-MEANS clustering analysis algorithm is improved and used for the calculation of road traffic congestion evaluation index threshold,which makes the division of road traffic operation state more scientific and reasonable.(3)The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to study the conduction of road traffic congestion.Firstly,through qualitative analysis,the causes of road congestion conduction are revealed,and the changes of road traffic status at different stages of the congestion conduction cycle are analyzed.The traffic characteristics of the relevant sections during congestion conduction are combined with the real-time identification of road traffic congestion results to complete quantitative analysis.According to the temporal and spatial changes of road traffic congestion,all traffic congestion conduction events in the current state of the road network are identified and given in the road network.The search method for predicting the conduction path of traffic congestion in the road section and verifying the correctness of the method.The main content of this paper is the research on the traffic congestion transmission mechanism based on floating car data.Firstly,the GIS technology is used to complete the fast map matching of taxi GPS data,and then the clustering analysis method is used to calculate the road traffic congestion threshold index for roads.In the identification of traffic operation status,the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis is used to study the transmission mechanism of urban road traffic congestion.The identification algorithm of road traffic congestion conduction event is proposed,and the search rules of road traffic congestion conduction path are established.A reasonable search algorithm for road traffic congestion conduction path is proposed and the rationality of the algorithm is verified.The research results in this paper provide a new idea for traffic congestion conduction analysis and research,and provide scientific and effective decision support for urban traffic management departments to carry out traffic management and formulate traffic solutions. |
