With the rapid development of science and technology,product intelligence and miniaturization by People’s pursuit,become a major technology company research and development of products in one direction,as a product of the power system,the performance requirements of the motor is more and more high,volume requirements are smaller,traditional asynchronous motor,The electric drive system of DC brush motor is gradually replaced by the mature permanent magnet synchronous motor electric drive system.The permanent magnet synchronous motor with small volume and high efficiency is widely used in electric drive.Conventional electric drive system is usually composed of permanent magnet synchronous motor,rotor position detection device and controller,which is widely used in electric power system such as industrial transmission and electric vehicle.But in the specific medical industry,household appliances and other environments,electrical drive system requirements,small size,high speed,torque,Simple and reliable electrical connection requirements,non-sensor electrical transmission technology emerged as the current research direction in the field of electrical transmission.Based on the control system of Permanent magnet synchronous motor for home ventilator,this paper studies the sensor vector control technology and sensorless vector control technology of Permanent magnet synchronous motor,and presents a control algorithm based on open-loop start-up and segmented operation of the sensorless Sliding mode observer.It is used to improve the reliable start-up and stable operation performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor with sensorless position.In this paper,the basic structure,operating principle,mathematical model and common control modes of permanent magnet synchronous motor are introduced firstly,and the vector control model of PMSM based on position sensor and sensorless position sensor is built respectively.Because many of the domestic ventilator motor is DC brushless motor,its inherent characteristics of large torque fluctuation,it is difficult to meet the operation requirements of domestic ventilator,this paper adopts double-shaft permanent magnet synchronous motor,and designs open-loop start-up strategy for the motor to improve the low-speed operation stability of permanent magnet synchronous motor system.The method of sliding mode observer is adopted in high speed segment,which reduces the influence of internal parameters and external disturbance,and improves the reliability of the system.The test results show that the sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor runs stably,and the low speed pressure fluctuation is about 5%.The research on the control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor with position sensor and sensorless is carried out on the built Ventilator power system control platform.Single blade wheel turbine fan position sensor Permanent magnet synchronous motor control,the square wave control mode of the current is small,the speed fluctuation is large,the vector control mode of the speed running smoothly;double impeller turbine fan without position sensor permanent magnet synchronous control,the fan runs smoothly,the current is small.The experimental results show that the sliding mode control mode with open-loop start can realize the smooth operation of the full-speed region,the low-speed pressure fluctuation range is less than 10%,and the speed fluctuation is close to the position sensor control mode.
