Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of rare earth permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used because of its high torque density,high efficiency and other advantages.The high-precision control of PMSM requires the use of rotor position information,but the traditional position encoder has the disadvantages of high cost and high environmental requirements,thus the position sensorless control is used to replace or as a backup of the encoder,these strategies have broad application prospects.In this paper,surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM)is taken as the control object,and the hardware experimental platform,software debugging,low-speed if control and high-speed sliding mode observer algorithm are studied.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the principle of PMSM vector control,IF control method and sliding mode observer algorithm based on arbitrary coordinate system are introduced,and a compound switching control strategy is proposed for smoothly switching.Then,a simple quasi sliding mode function and adaptive sliding mode gain are proposed to reduce the chattering of the traditional sliding mode observer,and an improved sliding mode observer structure with current disturbance compensation is proposed,which can also effectively reduce the chattering problem.Because the flux linkage can not be obtained directly,a sensorless control of flux linkage correction is proposed,which can successfully correct the motor flux linkage and estimate the motor speed when a certain error in the initial given flux linkage of the motor is existed.And a new phase compensation method is proposed,which can be used to compensate phase error without filter structure.Finally,the hardware experimental platform of PMSM is built to verify the above method,the results show that the proposed method can effectively estimate the motor speed and position information,and realize the sensorless control of PMSM.
