With the Rapid development of urban rail transit,the speed of the train has been improved from 110km/h to up 350km/h.Except the higher speed,the more complex working mode of the equipment,the used of the system control bus,the remoted control and monitor system,all of them are update and development.The widely used of the electric control system help to improved the response speed of the system,and make the system can perform more and more work,and provide a comfortable experience to the passengers.Although we have got much advantage from the high speed and more function,we also make the electromagnetic environment around us more complex.So it is necessary to use the Electromagnetic Compatibility?EMC?test method to evaluate the influence to the electromagnetic environment of the equipment in the carriage of the train,and see the immunity of the equipment.By now,the EMC test method for equipment used in the railway system all refer to the basic standards for the equipment used in the comment environment,but inside of the train carriages,because of the different arrangement of the cable,the different working principle of the power supply,the metal shell of the carriages also will have an important influence on the electric field and the magnetic field distribution.Some test method will not full cover the difference,for example,in the radiated emission test,the RF radiated immunity test,the conducted immunity test,and the low frequency magnetic immunity test.This thesis according to the inside and outside standards,such as the IEEE,EN and GB,and so on,add the requirement of the standards for the vehicle equipment's EMC test,give a new design for the EMC Lab that have more compatibility to different test method and can cover more special points of the environment of the train.In this thesis,there is an analyze of the most important test environment-the Anechoic Chamber.Used the TDK ferrite&absorb wedge?composite absorb material?,design a composite Chamber,including 3m test method,5m test method,CISPR25 test method.And used this kind of chamber for rail equipment's EMC test.The simulation result and the test result of NSA,the test result of NSA and SVSWR proved the performance is better than that required in the standard.The composite Chamber can give a reliable test data.Based on the study of the environment and the power supply system of the rail equipment,made an analyzer of the variety interference signal,and according to the newest edition standard of EU,improve the test system.In combination with the Chamber,made a new design of a Radiated Emission test system and a Radiated Immunity test system,get the target that all of the test system can also get the requirement of the new test method which refer to vehicle equipment.Think about the special EM-environment inside the carriages,designed a Conducted Immunity test system can cover the Conduct susceptibility and the Big current inject test,that can make a validation of the influence of the interference signal which coupled by the long cables.And also broaden the frequency range of power frequency?50Hz/60Hz?to15Hz150kHz,and changed the name to Low Frequency Magnetic Immunity test.These new test methods can improve the usage percent of the equipment and can cover some special point of the rail equipment.These methods can give a full assessment for the rail equipment.The new design of the EMC Lab can be used by the supplier who produce the equipment used in the train carriage.It induced the cost of the EMC Lab and can give a full validation for the working stability of the equipment and help to induce the risk of abnormal operation that caused the safety issues of the railway system.This design is a total solution to the new EMC Lab used for the equipment which used in the railway system.
