Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced a rapid urbanization process.China's economic construction has shown a leaps and bounds. The trend of globalization is rising day by day in the world. The large-scale population movement has become a remarkable phenomenon in China's economic and social development. As a key construction city for reform and opening up,Shenzhen has grown from a small fishing village to one of China's global economic and financial centers in just 40 years. It can provide a wide range of employment opportunities and attract young talents and workers across the country.Personnel is a typical immigrant city.As a non-resident population gathering in Shenzhen, when a part of the non-resident population gains a certain sense of interest,it will lead a large number of fellow citizens to come to Shenzhen to live together and engage in the same or similar work to form a geopolitical color.A strong homologous population gathering area is a unique phenomenon in Shenzhen.Based on the data of 1600.3 billion non-registered populations in the sample population management data of Shenzhen at the end of 2015,this study explores the spatial agglomeration characteristics of Shenzhen regional and provincial source populations in Shenzhen based on the agglomeration index from the perspective of household registration sources.Compare and analyze the characteristics of spatial agglomeration distribution of populations from different sources;applying the differentiation index that can represent the global agglomeration to measure the global agglomeration of provincial and county sources in Shenzhen, and combine the high agglomeration areas of the county to select larger counterparts. In the agglomeration area, the distribution law of the clusters in the same township is analyzed as a whole. Finally, the multiple linear regression model is constructed to analyze the causes of the population agglomeration affecting the homologous population from four aspects: individual social attributes, location characteristics, economic characteristics and social chain migration.By studying the morphological characteristics of the distribution of non-registered homogenous populations in the region,we can enrich the direction and scope of the study on the spatial distribution of population, and deepen the understanding of Shenzhen cities from the perspective of sociology, urban planning and population rationalization in Shenzhen.Management has potential value. This paper draws several main conclusions on the spatial agglomeration characteristics and impact of non-registered population: the non-registered population with the same education level, gender, occupation type, housing type, and age structure has obvious convergence in spatial distribution. The provinces with neighboring provinces have the same overall population distribution;the homogenous populations that migrated through the more recent migration hotspot cities(such as Beijing and Shanghai)are mainly concentrated in the economically developed areas of the original Guannei;education level, occupation type, gender,Location, housing choice, population social concentration, time to come to Shenzhen and the number of people from the same province are the influencing factors affecting homology.
