Study On The Influential Of Urban Residential Green Space Landscape Characteristics On Neighborhood Satisfaction

With the acceleration of urbanization and continuous urban expansion,the reorganization of urban interior space and extension of external space are also accelerated,and the rapidly changing landscape pattern brings serious environmental problems.Therefore,how to balance urban ecological environment and human space and build an ecological and sustainable green space system that can not only meet people's living and production needs,but also become increasingly important.Residential green space plays an important role in urban green space system,and its planning and construction directly affects the service function of urban green space system and the quality of the whole urban ecological environment.Therefore,this study selected the eight residential house 412 residents in Harbin,investigation and study for each dwelling area have different green space characteristics,this paper USES the IPA-Kano model will be residential green space landscape characteristic element and the residents of the neighborhood satisfaction and green space activities,residential green space landscape characteristic factors to sample a comparative study.At the same time,this study proposes an optimization strategy for residential planning and design from the perspective of improving neighborhood satisfaction.Finally,it is concluded that the factors that should be improved in urban residential areas are activity emotion,activity space connectivity and green plant safety.After meet the basic requirement of these factors,can further improve the residents' satisfaction,the gradation sample settlements can improve the plant disposition,the green degree of closed,shape complexity,plant species diversity,monomer of ornamental plants,plant hue richness and plant growth conditions,the landscape design of the beautiful sex,activity atmosphere.The purpose of this paper is to draw lessons from good importance factor classification and sorting method,in combination with the practical situation of Harbin city residential areas,research and analysis the characteristic of urban residential green space landscape on neighborhood satisfaction influence elements of the similarities and differences and understand different materials the residents of the space environment to the similarities and differences between green space activities,put forward building residents satisfaction model of residential planning and design key points and the status quo of the optimized residential strategy.This paper studies the influencing factors of neighborhood satisfaction on the green landscape characteristics of residential areas in Harbin,and can also provide reference basis for local planners,governments and developers to find and guide residential areas to develop towards a healthier pattern.
