The hoist studied in this paper is mainly used for engineering crane pump trucks.At present,the hoist reducer manufactured by planetary gear transmission has a certain gap with foreign countries.Mainly during the working process of the hoist,the vibration generated by the planetary gear transmission system has a great impact on the engineering crane itself and the operator.And the products have a certain gap with foreign countries in terms of light weight and economy.In order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,according to the function and structural characteristics of the hoist reducer,the dynamic behavior of the hoist planetary gear transmission system during operation is analyzed,and the product is optimized to reduce the quality of the transmission system and improve the running stability.Firstly,the hoist reducer is taken as the research object,and the structural characteristics of the product are analyzed according to the structural drawing and basic parameters of the product.Drawing a schematic diagram of the transmission system based on its behavior during the transmission process.Preliminary division of modules for planetary transmission systems.The virtual power principle is used to analyze the power flow direction and transmission efficiency of the transmission system,and the key factors affecting the transmission efficiency are obtained.Secondly,in order to obtain the dynamic model of the system,the model is built by the method of centralized parameter modeling.Based on the basic model of the dynamics of the two gears,considering the complex deformation of the transmission system,the corresponding degrees of freedom are introduced,and the relationship between the components is expressed by the following method.By means of step-by-step modeling,on the basis of establishing a single-stage transmission model,the centralized parameter model of the whole system is obtained by means of inter-stage coupling.Laid the foundation for dynamic analysis of system.Based on the results of the planetary gear transmission system module division,the hoist planetary transmission system is divided into 4 basic functional modules and 10 main modules.Using the idea of parametric modeling,the parameter-driven equations are established for the basic physical parameters of the components and the relationship between them.Establish the kinematics model and dynamic model of the system in the virtual prototype,and verify and solve the model.Obtain The kinematics and dynamics of the system.Based on the above research on the hoist planetary gear transmission system,the system optimization model is established.The model is solved by single target optimization and multi-objective optimization,respectively.The traditional solution is compared with the solution obtained by the optimization design to obtain the optimal optimization scheme of the system.
