Prefabricated construction has become popular all over the world due to the fast speed of construction,low construction cost,energy saving,environmental safety and other advantages.The insulating ability of the external and the internal walls of this construction are good that allow to keep warm in the external walls and prevents subsidence of the finishing material of the external walls.Structural elements are manufactured at the factory,which greatly reduces the amount of construction waste on the construction site,the construction saves a large number of casings,effectively increases the speed of construction,reduces the consumption of manpower and material resources,in addit ion,environmentally safe and reduces the cost of construction.Prefabricated construction in Russia began to develop in the forties of the 20 th century,now prefabricated construction is frameless,mainly large-panel exterior walls,interior walls and ceilings mounted by joints connection.Wall panels of this type of construction are prefabricated,the pace of construction on the site is high,in winter,rainy seasons seasonal influence is small,has a broad market prospect.The main problem of prefabricat ed construction is joints connection,the stresses in the connection joints,waterproofing,insulation and other problems that are directly related to the operation and safety of construction.In this project,based on the construction standards of Russia in combination with the relevant standards of China,a study of horizontal and vertical joints of two prefabricated residential buildings in Russia,taking into account the process of construction and installation,a model based on the finite element method,a computational analysis of various simplified models,a comparison of the power characteristics of the joints.The analysis of the main reasons for the formation of differences in the joints,the comparison of differences between the construction standards of the two countries,finally on the basis of the construction norms of Russia,the analysis of prefabricated walls and ceilings,divided into parts,was carried out.Based on the results of the study,the total displacement in a large-panel building is greater than in a monolithic,in the process of prefabricated construction installation of the location of the building blocks,the quality of the connection of the joints affect on the safe operation of the building,recommended in the construction pro cess to assemble large panels to reduce region of stress concentration.
