As the position of the manufacturing industry in social production continues to increase,higher requirements are placed on the working standards of machine tools.Bearings,as key parts of the machine shaft part,are critical to the reliability of the normal operation of the machine tool.influences.In recent years,hydrodynamic bearings have been widely used in many industrial fields due to their high load capacity,relatively stable dynamic and static characteristics,and high rotor rotation accuracy.In this paper,the hydrodynamic bearing of the hydrodynamic bearing on the precision heavy-duty press is studied.The analytical model of the hydrodynamic bearing oil film is established.The related characteristics of the bearing oil film and its fluid-solid coupling characteristics are studied.Based on the simulation analysis.A test bench designed to meet the job requirements was designed.The first condition for the study of hydrodynamic and hydrostatic bearings is to establish an analytical model for hydrodynamic bearing oil film.Based on the basic theory of fluid mechanics,the Reynolds equation is dimensionlessly processed and solved by the finite difference method.By writing MATLAB iterative calculation program and given the relevant parameters of the bearing,the pressure distribution curve of the hydrodynamic bearing oil film is calculated and calculated,and it is used as the test condition for the subsequent simulation analysis results.According to the basic parameters of hydrodynamic and hydrodynamic bearings studied in this paper,the simulation model of oil film is established.The fluid analysis software Fluent is used to simulate the oil film.By studying the UDF calculation program of Reynolds viscosity temperature model,the influence of viscosity-temperature effect on the characteristics of bearing oil film is studied,and the change law of oil film characteristics is studied by changing the relevant working conditions.The working conditions that make the oil film bearing capacity the highest are determined within a certain range.It is used as the basic parameter to study the fluid-solid coupling characteristics of the bearing,and it is also used as the basic condition considered in the design process of the hydrodynamic bearing test bed.Based on the related theory of fluid-structure interaction analysis,based on the previous research,the analytical model of the oil-film and solid-state bearing bush of hydrodynamic bearing hydrodynamic bearing is established respectively.The fluid-solid coupling analysis model of hydrodynamic bearing is constructed by ANASYS Workbench platform.The unidirectional fluid-solid coupling analysis method is used to study the influence of the relevant characteristics of the oil film on the bearing bush,and the deformation of the bearing bush is considered in the design process of the test bench.Based on the simulation analysis of hydrodynamic bearing oil film and the fluidsolid coupling analysis of bearing,the hydrostatic bearing test bench is designed,including the design of the overall layout of the test bench,the design of the test bed loading system,and the test bench data acquisition system.The design and simulation analysis of the key parts of the test bench.The test bench can meet the relevant working conditions of the oil film determined above,and can test the pressure and temperature condition of the oil film inside the bearing,and serve as a test platform for subsequent experimental research on hydrodynamic and hydrostatic bearings.
