Parking is an important but often neglected part of the transportation system.The waste of urban parking resources,the blindness of the parking process and poor parking experience of drivers are resulted from the lack of parking informatization and intellectualization.Specifically,how to find the optimal parking lot and how to solve the parking space guidance problem are to be addressed.Therefore,in order to improve the utilization rate of parking resources and parking efficiency,an efficient parking guidance method is necessarily to be studied.Parking problems are associated with navigation problems in this thesis.A parking guidance system architecture integrating indoor and outdoor navigation and a parking lot recommendation method is studied.Service system and terminal navigation software are developed to form a complete solution.Firstly,the single service parking space utilization rate is proposed,which is taken as an evaluation index to measure the utilization rate of parking resources in different service modes.Through comparative analysis,the service mode of preemptive parking is combined with the optimal parking lot recommendation as the guidance scheme of the integrated indoor and outdoor navigation parking system in this thesis.The optimal parking service costs yard recommendation model is designed by the guidance scheme,which selects parking feasibility,walking distance,parking price,security and convenience as the yard recommended model of evaluation index system.There are two multiple-attribute decision algorithms making from alternative to obtain the optimal evaluation results in the yard and making optimal parking service cost.The feasibility of the two multi-attribute decision algorithms is verified by subsequent simulation.Secondly,a parking guidance system integrating indoor and outdoor navigation is designed and implemented through combining with the parking recommendation model based on the optimal cost of parking service.Functional services including optimal parking recommendation,outdoor to optimal parking lot,indoor to effective parking space are provided in the system.The parking guidance system integrating indoor and outdoor navigation includes communication protocol,center-server software,parking-lot-server software and mobile software.The center-server software mainly realizes the function of parking recommendation based on the optimal cost of parking service.Parking-lot-server software mainly provides navigation and positioning data for drivers in indoor places.Mobile terminal software design mainly provides indoor and outdoor navigation services for drivers.Finally,the integrated indoor and outdoor navigation and parking guidance system developed in this thesis is tested to verify the effectiveness of the parking guidance method and the integrated indoor and outdoor navigation and parking system.
