| Nowadays,with our social civilization and technology developing,the vehicle industry heats up these years,and the wide application of electronic technologies have also made rapid development.Automobile has been playing an important role on our country’s transportation,but with the progress of electronic-vehicle industry rapidly,these traffic-road problems have increased more steadily.Tire blow-out is the main reason that causes the accidents.As data from accidents statistics show,seventy-percent to eighty-percent of the traffic accidents which broke out on the road or superhighway for tire blowing out.As a large number of authoritative research data indicate,the ways to prevent the tire blow-out is keeping standard tire pressure or temperature,if vehicle’s tire-pressure or tire-temperature exist problem,that should solve tires’ problems as soon as possible.TPMS is a good way and is important for vehicle-safety,but why the mid-high-end vehicles’ TPMS used in foreign products basically? How to develop our local self-controlled TPMS in a short time? How many skills should be noticed in the process of TPMS researching and developing? Therefore,four tires’ pressure monitoring make meaningful and important.The basic theory of some important ways and key technology points,which are hardware designing and software developing of self controlled TPMS studied in this paper for Self controlled prototype product to come true quickly.My thesis has finished the following researching jobs and items:1.First of all,this paper review the development and far-sight the tendency of TPMS,so the key technology skill which self controlled TPMS is needed,and is necessary to explain that the system project designed and framework of the Direct-Self-controlled TPMS presented in detail.Furthermore,the system software and hardware developing should be shown on system framework and important project designed about selfcontrolled TPMS for introduction and implement.2.The client-board is made up of high technology sensors and RF transmitter in vehicle level.And the host-board is also made up of RF receiver in vehicle level,include wide-temperature MCU,vehicle CAN controller and LCD screen.The circuits of different function modules are described respectively with PCB board.And the paper consider selecting material of self controlled TPMS on account of structure designing of the shell of transmitter etc.3.Then TPMS software-design,through the source code using C Language and Assemble Language written is programmed to realize the function of self-controlled TPMS developed the advantage of both languages.At the same time,the format of data frame transferred between host-MCU and client-MCU is defined for the own communication protocol.4.After that through system simulation testing for SW and HW.From the results show the application of the designed self-controlled TPMS reaching the standard and then the basic function of self-controlled TPMS have been realized from product testing,which means that the general requirements of TPMS product functions have passed.Ending of the paper review the system will be designed and provided the intelligent development tendency of self controlled direct TPMS in future.By all the tests,after taking some methods listed on the front at last,which is able to basically improve our country’s local self-controlled TPMS skill on HW,SW and structure etc.Aim for meeting the basic demands and requirements.Finally the design and implement of self-controlled prototype product has carried out that basic-target task. |
