Health Management is the unified capability of systems to assess the current or future state of the member system health and integrate that picture of system health within a framework of available resources and operational demand.Health management has become a hot research spot in the research and development of novel military or civil aircrafts.Health management is a new multidisciplinary technology,which has been intensively used in the development of modern civil aircrafts,and is very significant to reduce costs and improve reliability and security.Boeing has applied health management in civil aviation,which is called Aircraft Health Management(AHM)system.Up to now,AHM has been widely used in modern civil aircrafts,and has increased security and efficiency.This paper focused on health management of aircrafts.Based on domestic and international research on health management of civil aircrafts,this paper makes an in-depth study on the function and architecture of health management of aircrafts.Furthermore,based on the most recent researches,this paper makes theoretical study on the key technology on health management system of civil aircrafts,and builds the simulation platform of health management system of aircrafts.In this paper,simulation platform of health management system of aircrafts is built based on flight data.System architecture of function configuration of health management system of aircrafts is also taken into consideration.The simulation of power system,fuel system,mechatronics system,avionic system as well as flight environmental parameters is carried out,and list of parameters for the health management system of next-generation civil aircrafts is summarized.Meanwhile,real-time monitoring paraters sampling and real-time revision of monitoring logistics are realized with simulation platform of health management system of aircrafts,and the monitoring model is optimized through data summarization.Difficulties found in the simulation of health management system of aircrafts are further studied to provide foundation of future work.Preliminary validation and research of realization of health management system of aircrafts is carried out through simulation platform.Basic function of health management system of aircrafts is also developed.Furthermore,aiming at data of aircrafts in service,aircraft event database is built and related aircraft health management model is defined,which can be used as instruction of future realization of health management system of aircrafts.Ground health management system module is also developed in the simulation platform.This module also defines friendly interface,data query function and webpage access function.In future research,health management module can be upgraded to ground monitoring system,and provides founadation for the development of future ground monitoring system. |
