With the rapid development of medical equipment,more and more medical equipmentbecome widely used,they bring great convenience and quality treatment to people.Medical injection pump can achieve high precision,smooth non pulsating flow of liquidtransmission.At the same time,they not only improve the clinical to the efficiency andflexibility of the drug operations,but also reduce the nursing workload.However,thesecurity and accuracy problem has attracted people's attention.So,it is important toimprove the performance of the equipment.Injection pressure detection is an importantparameter of the safety of injection pump.The main purpose of this thesis is to study the test and compensating method forinjection pressure.After the analysis of the distribution of the system,the syringe internalfriction compensation is applied to the injection pressure of the algorithm.In order toachieve the purpose,we design and develop the fixture of injector friction installed.Aftermeasure the data,synthesize the curve of the friction and the position and model isestablished and verified.The travel sensor will be joining to the new products in the future,which can not only effectively improve the injection pressure value detection accuracy,butalso can improve the precision of injection.The subject research for development of newproducts will be laid a solid foundation.
