Abstract/Summary:
In this paper the medical micro injection pump is taken as the research object which is the design assignment. In order to pre-evaluate and predict the kinematics and dynamics performance analysis of the machine, especially the blocking pressure forecast and analysis, and to test the design, the virtual prototype is established and simulation analysis of the medical syringe pump is performed,. The major research work is as following:1. Describe in detail and expound the whole design scheme and the design of some main parts, including the design drawings of key parts and assembly drawings.2. The overall transmission component design and parts design are illustrated, the theory analysis and calculation of the design are given in details.3. Establish a multi rigid body system of the medical syringe pump, using ADAMS software as a tool for preliminary simulation of kinematics and dynamics analysis and simulate medical injection pump drive system in normal working condition (without blocking pressure).4. Based on the theory of rigid flexible coupling and fluid structure coupling theory, carry out the dynamic simulation analysis for the medical injection pump drive system in the normal working condition and under the blocking pressure condition respectively.The major research conclusions are listed as follows:1.Without blocking pressure, not considering the pressure sensor, integral performance (including the kinematics and dynamics performance) are basically met the design requirements. Thus the design is acceptable, not required to improve the scheme.2. With rigid flexible coupling, considering the actual situation of the medicine liquid, the transmission system design of normal work is basically reliable. When blocking pressure is generated, the maximum stress and strain are also in the allowable range. To solve the problem of acute partial stress, blocking pressure measurement parts can also be properly improved if necessary.There is a certain engineering practice and theoretical significance in this paper. The machine performance, kinematics and dynamics performance analysis are researched, simulated and predicted, even if the formal prototype has not been constructed. And the design defects can be detected and analyzed in simulation.
