With the development of the “New Normal” in domestic economy,Chinese auto parts enterprises are under great pressure for development.On one hand,the auto market is getting saturated and it is difficult to keep high growth speed.On the other hand,the increasing price of raw material and labor resource causes huge cost challenge.In this situation,the only way for auto parts enterprise to enhance competitiveness and keep good development trend,is to improve overall effectiveness and persist on intrinsic growth.In this research,based on existing theories,we carry out research on the top 100 auto parts enterprise in domestic market and establish the overall effectiveness management standard.It provides the basis standards for overall effectiveness management method include data statistics,data analysis,improvement and so on.Based on theories of OEE and TEEP,we defined seven types of waste in production process under business management characteristics of Chinese auto-parts companies.Meanwhile,the overall efficiency index was proposed and related items including definition,calculation method and statistic criteria were also determined.According to data analysis on overall efficiency index,we defined four company types.Data statistic method for overall effectiveness based on MES was established through combining with the advanced ICT technology.Finally,we choose a production line of car body panel as research object and build lean management system for overall efficiency improvement by using comprehensive efficiency management standard,lean thinking.The results shows that this system can improve overall effectiveness of the production line,make full use of inventory assets and increase productive ability.
