As very important part of intake system for turbocharged engine,Air induction system and intercooler system not only affect intake efficiency and other important target parameter,but also air induction system is also one of very important system which can affect intake noise and pass-by noise of vehicle,as important part of turbocharged engine,intercooler system also have great affection for pass-by noise of vehicle,especially when driver have braking action,vent noise treatment measure will affect passenger’s subjective feeling.As the great popularization of cars,it plays an important role in traffic mode of people’s daily life.and when it meet the basic requirement of riding instead of walk,riding comfortableness become another goal for people.Based on the above reasons and for energy conservation and emission reduction,it is necessary to study air induction system and turbocharged intercooler system noise,and summarize the noise solving procedure.This article will emphasis on the study of turbocharged air induction system and intercooler system’s noise design,calculation and validation which are based on one MPV vehicle.Via air induction system noise down,auxiliary by contributory of silencer characteristic study,build noise debugging specification,analyse noise of turbo charger based on it’s structure,propose the solution for noise problem and form specification.
