| AUTOSAR standard has become the uniform standard of the development of automotive electronic control system.AUTOSAR based automotive electronic control software has good portability and reliability.Function mapping optimization can greatly improve the performance of complex systems,but at present there is not a complete AUTOSAR application functionality mapping optimization solutions.Therefore,software development of pure electric vehicle electronic control system and function mapping optimization study have important significance for the development of pure electric vehicles.In this paper,the function of the whole vehicle control system of the pure electric vehicle is divided by the modular development thought.The development of pure electric vehicle electronic control system were completed from functionality to achievement,using EATS AUTOSAR tool chain and in accordance with standard procedures.The hardware in the loop simulation system of the pure electric vehicle controller is designed,and the control strategy is verified.With the analysis of the system performance factors of functional mapping,the evaluation of the different mapping schemes is presented.In this paper,simulated annealing algorithm to optimal functionality mapping scheme was proposed,since the algorithm’s high initial temperature,annealing slow speed,a large number of iterations and the sufficient number of times at the same temperature perturbation can ensure good optimization ability.Multicore controller compatible common functionality mapping tool is realized by Coding and debugged.Finally,a satisfactory function mapping scheme is quickly found by using this tool to complete the functional optimization analysis of pure electric vehicles electric control system. |
