The Risk Management Research Of Advance Development Project Of Model L Auto Dashboard

China has become the world's largest auto production and sales market,with rising international competitiveness and low labor costs,attracting more and more international auto companies to enter the Chinese market in a wholly foreign owned or joint venture,to develop,design and produce foreign brands in China which products only production in foreign area originally.These new projects introduced by foreign countries bring new technology,new technology frequently contains lots of uncertain factors,that makes the advance development of new products become the key to the success of the project and is the base of the market share as well.Model L auto dashboard is such an advance development project which is the first new project introduced in Chinese market by international famous auto brand in the way of joint venture.To the I auto parts company that the author work for,the success of this project is not only related to enterprise business development of important customer and the entire auto market share,but also to the long term growth of enterprise in the future.This thesis choose advance development project of Model L auto dashboard as the research object.Firstly,introducing the concept and process of advance development of the auto dashboard,subsequently,using the theory and method of risk management,construction project risk management system,using the expert investigation method to identify the risk of the project,using Delphi method to do qualitative analysis of risk management,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the risk index of the project is analyzed quantitatively,through the identification and assessment of the risk in various links,the risk factors of advance development of Model L auto dashboard are obtained and monitored.So the risk dynamic management for this project is established.Finally,on the basis of the project analysis and research,risk control and prevention solutions of advance development project of auto dashboard are proposed from the process flow optimization,product assurance management,emergency management,and other aspects,solving the problem of the lack of the risk management of advance development project in the company,meanwhile,providing a practical and effective guidance for the risk management of such advance development projects in the future.
