Steam generator,main equipment of nuclear island is a critical device in primary loop of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.Coolant in primary loop of steam generator is radioactive.The U-tube is the boundary of the primary loop and the secondary loop.It perform the obstruct function as well as conductor.The tube-to-tubesheet joint is the most vulnerable link.It's very easy to leak and cause nuclear power plant shutdown maintenance.As result,it important to do research to hydraulically expanded of tube-to-tubesheet joints in manufacturing of nuclear power equipment.This issue comes from the production of U-shaped heat transfer tube and tube plate in a nuclear power station.This article studies the method of the hydraulically expanded tube-to-tubesheet Joints in steam generator with ANSYS,mainly focuses on the analysis of the expansion pressure and pressure maintain effect on contact stress and residual stress,to determine the product manufacturing process parameters through the assessment of process.The operation procedure of the formal product expansion pipe is established,and the acceptance criteria of the tube-to-tubesheet expansion is determined,and the production efficiency and success rate of the product are improved.Lay a solid foundation for the company's future product production.At the same time,a more detailed introduction of the formal product U-tube-to-tubesheet hydraulic expansion through the entire production and inspection process.It has better operability.And it can also provide a very good case reference for other hydraulic expansion tube application.
