Abstract/Summary:
At present,intelligent manufacturing has become an important direction of transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises.In the traditional vehicle air conditioning production workshop,helium leak detection equipment is one of the most important testing equipment.However,there are still many problems for this important device,including data acquisition,interoperability of equipment,and remote monitoring.Hence,how to informalize the helium leak detection equipment and access the device in to cloud platform have become the key issue of the intelligent transformation in the vehicle air conditioning production workshop.On the basis of the research results at home and abroad,this paper makes some exploration and research on the virtualization and cloud access method of the helium leak detection equipment in the intelligent workshop of vehicle air conditioning.First,on the basis of analyzing the characteristics and the requirement of monitoring of helium leak detection equipment,a method of information modeling for helium leak detection equipment based on OPC UA is proposed,and the information model is established.Then,on the basis of establishing the information model of helium leak detection equipment,a general framework of cloud access for helium leak detection equipment based on OPC UA is proposed,and some key technologies involved are explored and studied,including the study of a method of information real time acquisition for helium leak detection equipment based on OPC UA technology,and the realization of the cloud access of helium leak detection equipment.During the process of the cloud access of the equipment,the method of real-time data source binding in UA server is studied particularly,as well as a data cloud access method based on the OPC DA based device information model.Finally,an intelligent information acquisition and monitoring system for helium leak detection equipment is designed and developed,and the preliminary application and verification of the research results have been carried out in an air conditioning production workshop,and the results shows that the methods proposed above are efficiency.
