Research On Theme Design Method Of Legal Culture Park

With the development of social civilization,Mankind has gone from the old barbaric society to the civilized society.Then,changes in social structure and progress in productivity,impelling People to change their pursuit from simple material needs to a higher level social spiritual needs.Therefore,we ask for higher social environment harmony.In order to promote social stability and harmony,also to better meet people's needs for a better society,China has put forward the requirement of building a nomocracy society and speeding up the development of social rule of law.The construction of a nomocracy society requires the participation of every citizen.They have to Know the law,understand the law,abide by the law,and have the basic legal consciousness.Combined with landscape design,The legal culture has been brought into the space,which has been presented in the book as a plane graphic for all the time.This way renews people's understanding of law culture,also it plays a positive role in promoting and Popularizing Legal Culture,and training citizens'basic legal literacy.For now,Not only the subject content presentation of current legal culture theme park is one-sided,but also the interaction between culture and human participation is generally low,this situation gradually lost the initial purpose and value of construct a legal culture theme park.From the perspective of cultural interaction,this paper studies how to integrate the internal and external environment of legal culture theme park to create a strong legal culture atmosphere,in order to find a better way of interaction between legal culture and human beings,also enhance the contemporary value of legal culture theme park.Firstly,The first two chapters summarizes the development of theme parks at home and abroad,then sorts out the development of Chinese legal culture as the cultural basis of the park.We can draw inspiration from the current problems in the legal cultural theme park,therefor put forward the design principles that should be paid attention to in the following construction.Secondly,starting from the integration of the outer space.Analysis and summary the organization of the boundary between the site and the surrounding streets,the pedestrian line and the vehicle line.Then returning to the interior space of the park,taking the development of legal culture as the basis of space construction,organizing space sequence,dealing with landscape levels,and analyzing the effect of different materials on the creation of space atmosphere.Then,based on people's cognitive psychology,the third chapter analyzes the influence of different organizational atmosphere on people's behavior in the space,and how it changes people's needs.at last,try to find the optimal design method of cultural interaction under the legal culture background according to people's behavior and needs.Finally,combined with specific cases-DianJiang legal culture theme park.On the one hand,fully analyze the surrounding environment and interior topography of the site,on the other hand,according to the characteristics of regional culture and the legal theme,putting forward a unique design method of cultural interaction,which can provides reference and suggestions for the construction of legal culture theme park in the future.
