Exploring The Whole Process Design Method Of Participatory Rehabilitation And Protection Of Historic Buildings

With the continuous improvement of social and economic level of China and the rapid development of the city,many outstanding historical buildings were demolished in the process of urbanization,which made the original characteristics and personality of city gradually disappear.In recent years,people's ideological level has improved,and the protection of historical buildings has also attracted attention.The protection of Chinese traditional architecture has its own particularity.How to carry out the protection of historical buildings? Copy foreign models? Restore as it is?Protection reinforcement? adaptive innovation? How to protect the historical buildings is a complicated and profound problem.This paper explores the repair and protection methods of historical buildings with the whole process design method of participatory historical building repair and protection design.First of all,it elaborates on the theory development and status quo of the protection of participating historical buildings at home and abroad,and investigates the protection examples of the participatory historical building in Chongqing.Secondly,it analyzes the "Protection of Historical Buildings" in the Charter of International Protection and the Charter of Protection of Historic Buildings in China,and finds that the repair and protection of historical buildings in China should be protected and practiced in the actual conditions of the project.Finally,through the process of pre-planning,design,construction and evaluation of Li Kui'an's former residence project,a dynamic process design of participatory design?construction?evaluation at the same time is established,under the premise of ensuring that the value of historical buildings in the repair is preserved.To effectively guide the practice of the former residence;explore the participatory design methods of the government,the design party,the construction party,and the public in the project,and practice a participatory design method suitable for the repair and protection of historical buildings.Through the author's case practice of repairing and protecting Li Kui'an's former residence,the role and importance of participatory repair design protection for historical building repair and protection were tested.The experience of Li Kui'an's former residence's participatory protection was summarized,hoping to work on other similar repairs and protections.To a certain reference.
