In recent years,China's highway construction shows a trend of rapid development.In high-grade highway,asphalt concrete pavement occupies an absolute advantage.Building asphalt concrete pavement requires a large number of asphalt mixing equipment.Burner,as the energy supply device of drying heating system of asphalt mixing equipment,has a direct impact on the quality of asphalt mixture production.Compared with the traditional pulverized coal burner in the past,the Oil-gas dual-purpose burner has many advantages,such as lightweight,long life,energy saving,environmental protection,high automation,switchable fuel,and can meet the needs of different customers and regions.It has greater market space and research value.This paper takes a 2000-type oil-gas dual-use burner as the research object,and mainly doing the following research:(1)Using SolidWorks to build a three-dimensional model of the burner and study the structure of the burner;(2)The thermodynamic calculation and analysis of the system composed of burner and drying drum are carried out,and the temperature of hot flue gas in each process section of drying drum and the actual burning temperature of burner are obtained,which can provide theoretical reference for the simulation of temperature field;(3)Selecting appropriate physical model to describe the physical process of the burner burning and drying aggregate in drying drum;simplifying the three-dimensional model of burner and drying drum,dividing grids,and importing it into CFD simulation software FLUENT to simulate the two working conditions of single burning heavy oil and natural gas,respectively,to obtain the distribution of flow field in drying drum;(4)Using control variable method,by changing fuel flow rate,air flow rate,fuel atomization cone angle and fuel atomization particle size.By comparing and analyzing the distribution of temperature field,velocity field,turbulent energy field,fuel evaporation rate cloud and droplet trajectory cloud in the drying drum,the optimum values of the above parameters are obtained,and the correctness of temperature field simulation is verified by experiments.(5)Analyzing the task of burner control system,the selection scheme of PLC and expansion module is put forward.The hardware wiring diagram and I/O address assignment table are given.(6)Finally,four control programs are extracted through the analysis of the four basic working stages of the burner,and the flow chart of the algorithm is drawn.The program of the furnace temperature control module is debugged experimentally to prove the feasibility of the program.
