In recent years,the concept of sustainable development has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In the aspect of urban construction,a series of measures have achieved good results centering on the concept of sponge city construction.In many cities of our country,people use the way of paving permeable concrete pavement as a way to realize the construction of sponge city.In order to promote the better application of pervious concrete in China,this paper has carried out a lot of work on the mix design and experimental research of pervious concrete mixed with fly ash.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Analysis and comparison of the applicable conditions of the calculation method of concrete mix proportion,the improved volume method was used to design the mix proportion of pervious concrete considering the influence of fly ash and water reducer.(2)Selection of coarse aggregate,cement and water as raw materials.with different water cement ratio and aggregate size to try to match of waterproof concrete,permeable concrete mixture were observed by visual method and permeable concrete forming specimen,determine the best waterproof concrete mixture,and USES the jump table method for determining the fluidity of water slurry in the best state.Based on the optimum slurry fluidity,the content of water reducer under different water-cement ratio conditions and fly ash content was determined to ensure the optimum condition of slurry.(3)Based on the improved volumetric design and the reasonable dosage of water reducer under the optimal working condition,the performance test of fly ash pervious concrete was carried out by using the orthogonal test method of four factors and three levels.The effects of target porosity,water-cement ratio,fly ash content and curing conditions on the strength,porosity and permeability of pervious concrete were compared and analyzed.(4)Based on the direct analysis results of orthogonal test,the correlation degree of each test factor of compressive strength,effective porosity and permeability index was analyzed by combining fuzzy grey matter element theory and comprehensive balance method,and the optimal mix ratio of pervious concrete was determined.
