The track detection vehicle is equipped with sensors that function to detect the gauge,track irregularities,and the tunnel diseases.The data collected by the sensor cannot be directly used for safety detection,because deformation caused by the track detection vehicle under stress will cause the sensor to deviate from the normal detection angle,affect the sensor detection accuracy and bring security risks to the maintenance of the trackThe research content of this paper is mainly the deformation of the key parts of the track inspection vehicle.In this paper,a method of measuring the static deformation of the body with a dial indicator and laser collimation method is proposed.The dial gauge measures the settlement of the car body and the laser collimation method measures the declination angle.The two methods verify each other to improve the detection accuracy.A laser collimation method and image analysis method are combined to measure the dynamic deformation of the car body.The camera takes the readings of the laser falling at each moment,and then analyzes each frame of the video to obtain the change of the readings at each moment.The data is tested and the model is used to simulate the deformation of the key position,and the correctness of the simulation model is verified according to the data.The model is used to optimize the material of the track detection vehicle body,and the shape variables of each part after optimization are analyzed.In addition to using more optimized vibration damping equipment to reduce body vibration,this paper also considers the terminal data,optimizes the detection data by algorithm,reduces the detection error,the track maintenance personnel repair the track and the tunnel in time according to the relevant information of the track inspection vehicle feedback,thereby providing security for the operation of the train and the travel of the passenger.
