Abstract/Summary:
The performance of the crane’s brake link can have a significant impact on the overall lifting system.The braking performance is directly linked to the safety and reliability of the entire system,and the brake slip is an important criterion for assessing the braking performance,so the research on the slip is also a top priority.Considering that the measurement of the slip is not a breeze,this paper uses a novel slide detection system.The system is mainly composed of STM32L476 RG single-chip microcomputer and peripheral circuit,data acquisition module,communication management module,OLED display module,data storage module,lithium battery module and so on.The acceleration sensor constituting the data module collects acceleration data,and the gyro sensor collects angular velocity data;the communication module mainly relates to the connection between the sensor and the main control chip,the connection between the data storage unit of the main control chip and the wireless transmitting end,and the wireless transmitting end and the upper computer Connection.The entire hardware system is powered by a lithium battery with high energy conservation and environmental protection.The modular design of the PC software and the PC software constitutes the software design part of the whole system.The software design of the host computer covers communication management,graphical human-computer interaction interface,data storage,data preprocessing and detection report generation and printing.The software design of the lower computer covers the system initial variable setting,data acquisition,communication management and so on.The host computer receives the raw data of the doped noise signal,and uses Kalman filter to remove the noise processing;for different data quantities collected by various sensors,combined with complementary filters for data fusion,thereby improving measurement accuracy and improving overall dynamic performance.
