| The power industry is the basic industry and public utility that supports the national economy and social development.With the rapid development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,the degree of dependence on power are increasingly high,therefore the safety and stability of power supply is directly related to the rapid and stable development of economy.The investment scale of power grid is larger and larger,and the network structure is more and more complex.The distribution network is the terminal network of power system.The reliable operation of distribution lines directly affects the safety and social benefits of electric power enterprises,and affects the stability of power grid.When there is a fault in the system,it is of vital importance to control the action of the circuit breaker,quickly remove the fault part in the system,prevent the fault expansion,ensure the safety of equipment and human beings,and make the system run normally.However,the current intelligent controller still has many deficiencies and need to be improved,often cannot meet and adapt to the actual field operation needsTherefore,the switch controller based on the operation-maintenance integrated evaluation system can be used to solve these problems in an information-based and intelligent way under the operation-maintenance integrated evaluation system.This thesis is to design an intelligent switch controller based on operation-maintenance integrated evaluation system,according to the actual operating condition of equipment,external weather,contradiction between trees and lines,excavation,and reasonable response of the actual environment in the area,with the computer technology.According to the current situation and actual demand of the electric power company,the detailed analysis and the establishment of the task are carried out.We have completed the exploration of the management function of the operation-maintenance integrated evaluation system,subdivided and improved the functional requirements of the system,the setting and management requirements of the intelligent controller under the guidance of the system,and completed the project task determination based on the demand analysis.The system is based on MCU structure,using simulation of heating procedures and intelligent evaluation of dynamic setting management,programmed in assembly language.At last,the software testing and analysis of the controller was carried out,and reasonable suggestions were proposed for the subsequent development.The controller has changed the traditional switch controller processing tripping,and the way of fixed value management to set up a system,which is scientific,reasonable,practical and easy to grasp.The implementation of fixed value setting system and plan with properly fixed value makes the electric power distribution line isolate the fault in time,correctly and reasonably,which maintain a safe and steady operation.The fault lines are cut at the minimum range to ensure the distribution lines run well and to avoid resulting in frequent tripping or no action due to the inappropriate breaking sensitivity which is affected by unreasonable breaking conditions or inconsistent with the equipment and external conditions at the operation site.Combined with the operation and maintenance,inspection and management of the daily distribution network,it not only strengthens the solid implementation of the management system,but also combines the management of circuit breakers with the management of fixed value,as well as the technical supervision of the entire process of distribution network evaluation.The dynamic updated operation-maintenance integrated evaluation system can improve the skills of the personnel and the management of the teams.and the.It also further strengthens the equipment’s ability to respond to faults and abnormal conditions,and improves the reliability of the electric distribution network and power supply system. |
