| With the rapid development of industrial technology.Many important occasions require for higher power quality and power supply reliability gradually.There are strict requirements on the reliability of power supply for important places,such as control and management,aerospace communication systems,power plants,hospitals etc.However,these requirements make power conversion device widely used in all kinds of power supply system.Therefore,how to make the power conversion device runs stably and reliably has become a focus of attention.This paper makes a deep investigation on the ATSE,analyze current domestic and foreign development situation and future development direction.According to the double power conversion equipment now existing problems and the functional requirements of the system established the overall design idea of intelligent double power switch controller.Using a phase detection circuit with the software to avoid closing the current impact,and improve the speed of switching power supply,so as to improve the conversion device control system is reliable and practical.This paper chooses the STM32F103 chip as the core processor of intelligent double power switch controller.The controller mainly complete three-phase ac power supply parameters measuring;Commonly used for power supply and backup power;As well as the function of the upper machine communication.The whole controller adopts the modularized design idea,which is mainly divided into two parts of hardware and software.The hardware of the controller,in accordance with the functional requirements of the hardware circuit includes signal acquisition,human-computer interaction,computer communications and other parts.The software of the controller,based on the difference between the structure and the software function of the hardware circuit,the program is divided into several modules,development and programming by C language.Modular programming makes the system simple,easy call,so as to improve the efficiency of programming can reduce software development time.The main reason that causes many power conversion device failure is single power supply mode.When the three-phase power phase fault,the controller cannot work continuously.In this paper,a common power supply and standby power provide working voltage for the controller respectively,making sure that the controller of continuous work.This paper also proposed a detecting method for harmonic.The accurate detection of harmonic,can avoid the electricity load work in grid power environment,provides a new criterion for switching power conversion device. |
