As the competition of crystalline solar cells industry intensifies,the solar cell market is becoming more and more mature,the quality requirements of solar cells are become stricter day by day.Therefore,we study the advanced technology of secure IoT and sensor network at present,propose an automatic and intelligent platform of quality control based on safe IoT.First of all,this paper introduces the process flow of current solar cells production,according to the performance and market demand of solar cells the key process quality control points are analyzed deeply,it is summarized as weight,size and electrical performance variation.In addition,it was introduced that the current data sampling methods and wireless transfer technology.The performance,function and cost are compared in detail.Due to the quality control points,workshop and configuration of equipments,data sampling and transmission are designed completely.Secondly,we analyse the security issue on this quality control system based on industrial IoT.After the deep research of the widely used encryption algorithm recently which is called advanced encryption standard,found that the encryption rounds and the lengh of key play really important parts in encryption performance.A kind of light encryption algorithm based on AES was presented,make sure that the data encryption within IoT is secure and reliable through detailed analysis on the operating speed and anti-attack capability.What's more,based on B/S structure,kinds of function modules are designed for the secure quality control system,which realizes the monitoring and analyzing the current quality performance of solar cells by intelligent remote terminal in real time.At last,we take laser displacement sensor to collect wafers' bow data and aluminum paste ladydown supervision as examples,combined with Zigbee technology in workshop,simulate and apply the modified AES encryption algorithm,verify the security and reliability.Meanwhile,give the explanation for the final report exported by the quality control system.This case indicates that quality control system by secure industrial IoT has rapid,reliable,low cost advantages.
