Study On Facade Design Techniques Outside The Trade City

Since 2000,the construction of yiwu international trade city has brought prosperity to China's commerce and trade.With the development of The Times,the architecture of commercial city has developed from the first generation of small commodity wholesale market to the fifth generation of international commercial city.Its scale is constantly expanding,its function has changed from single to complex,and its architectural form has also become diversified.In recent years,some governments have begun to put forward plans for improving the quality and overall relocation of the old professional market,hoping to integrate resources to improve the city's appearance.A new round of trade city construction will also be launched.In the built commercial city buildings,the facade of many buildings often presents a messy and dilapidated or monotonous situation with no commercial atmosphere.On the one hand,the designer does not pay enough attention to the facade design of the commercial city;on the other hand,the facade design of China's commercial city lacks a systematic study.Therefore,the main content of this paper is to explore the main points of facade design of southern commercial and trade city,deeply study its facade design techniques,and apply them reasonably in practical projects.This paper starts from the design of facade nodes outside the southern commercial city,and then analyzes the body material,texture,color and advertisement lights in the components of the external facade.At the same time,the author investigates some representative buildings of the southern commercial city,so as to comprehensively study the facade design outside the southern commercial city.In the end,the thesis demonstrates the practical project of changsha gaoling international trade city that the author participated in,focusing on the analysis of the complex skin module of xiangjiang home furnishing city and the refined nodes of lining and lighting design,hoping to give the following business outside the facade design to inspire.Full text is divided into four parts:The first chapter,the project background and the related concept and the research scope,and summarizes the domestic and foreign related research situation in the field.The second chapter,comprehensively studies the trade outside the facade node design and components design.The third chapter,investigating and analysing of yiwu international trade city,shenzhen south China city,kunming luosiwan international trade city,through which to study of its facade design techniques.The fourth chapter,analysing and summarizing the actual project changsha gaoling international trade city facade,and further exploring the south trade city facade development trend.
