This paper takes the implementation and selection of the cast-in-place construction scheme of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder of the North Approach Bridge of Maanshan Changjiang Highway Bridge as the object,aiming at the project's refined management perspective.According to the characteristics of the project itself,geological conditions,sch edule,Costs,construction experience,etc.,we preliminary draft of several construction plans,qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis.Through the technical comparison of the detailed design of the program structure,cost analysis,we adhere t o the principle of combining technical analysis and economic analysis to determine the optimal construction.The scheme and the systematic description and summary of the construction process and safety quality control measures of the implementation plan are intended to provide reference for the comparison and implementation of the plan for the cast-in-place construction of the concrete girder bridge.The cast-in-place construction of concrete beam bridges is mainly divided into two types: stent cast-in-place method and moving formwork method.This paper imply that for the analysis of the characteristics of the project,the stent cast-in-place method has a greater advantage than the mobile formwork method in terms of design and manufacturing difficulty,one-time investment and amortization cost,construction period,etc.Comparing the refinement schemes,three schemes of full-stand bracket,hybrid bracket and beam bracket are proposed.After comparison,the beam-supporting bracket with less fulcrum has advanta ges in structural stress,foundation treatment,construction convenience and economy,and is determined as the final plan is organized and implemented.
