| With the development of urbanization in China,there are more and more subway construction projects.However,due to the influence of technology,environnment and other factors,construction safety accidents occur frequently in subway construction,and more and more attention has been paid to the research on the safety monitoring,monitoring and early warning function of personnel and environment during subway construction.Due to the influence of subway station construction technology and topography,it is difficult for managers to master the site personnel layout and construction status in real time.It is difficult to monitor the environmental information and personnel dynamics of the construction site in the process of subway station construction.In the face of emergencies,it is even more difficult to carry out effective early warning and alarm measures.Research based on the analysis of the subway station during construction paocess method,environmental conditions and construction project under the basis of the demand for safety regulatory function,summary analysis of the existing Internet technology,communication technology and the application of multimedia technology and characteristics of the wireless Mesh network technology is applied to the subway station construction safety monitoring and warning system.The wireless Mesh network technology application in the field of monitoring the main characteristics and advantages,analyzes the wireless Mesh network topology,key technology such as network model and routing forwarding,determine the network topology structure in construction of the subway station is practical,a 2.4 GHz and 5.S GHz Mesh AP node transmission bandwidth test under different frequencies,studied the on-demand distance vector routing protocol(ADOV protocol)under the environment of subway station construction site "Mesh net" backbone transmission stability and self-healing function.Set up the wireless Mesh network architecture system to realize the wireless Mesh network transmission environment with high bandwidth,high stability and easy repair in the subway station construction site.On this basis,combined with high-definition network camera,UWB ranging and positioning,IP broadcast communication and other multimedia to establish a set of system that can realize the subway station safety monitoring and early warning function,with video monitoring and personnel positioning monitoring and emergency broadcast early warning function characteristics.In a metro station construction in XA city blocks for the construction of the environment as the background,analysis of the eight major risk factors existing in the construction process and the potential hazards,test the Mesh nodes on the hop,access terminal conditions such as transmission bandwidth situation,has carried on the preliminary Mesh nodes deployed,is designed for fencing constraints,warehouse,crane,and other areas and in and out of persons,and other objects in the ground and underground space layout of monitoring,to determine the level of the hardware of the system each deployment.Finally,the construction and deployment of safety monitoring and early warning system was carried out in a subway station construction site in XA city,and the technical problems existing in practical application were analyzed and solved according to the actual situation. |
