With the intensification of the global energy crisis and the requirements of environmental protection,the development of renewable clean energy has become an inevitable trend.Solar energy,as an ideal renewable clean energy in nature,undoubtedly has great prospects for development.Among many solar thermal power generation systems,trough solar thermal power generation system is the most perfect and widely used thermal power generation system in the market.Truss support structure is the carrier of the whole trough solar thermal power generation system and an indispensable important condition for the normal operation of the system.Therefore,in order to ensure the normal operation of the system,it is necessary to optimize the topology of the truss structure.However,the traditional theory of topology optimization design is obscure and difficult to understand.The analysis results are difficult to reconstruct the CAD model and CAE analysis,and the analysis process is complex and heavy workload.These problems have put forward higher requirements for analysts,which is not conducive to further research on TTC truss support structure.In order to solve the above problems,this paper firstly linearizes and smoothes the analysis results of TTC truss support structure by linear least squares method,and then combines the equal area method and other processing methods.According to the results of TTC truss support structure topology optimization,the CAD model reconstruction and CAE analysis are carried out to optimize the topology of TTC truss support structure.The linearization and smoothness of the results provide a new method.Then a parameterized software system for structural topology optimization design of trough solar torque box concentrator truss is built in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 programming environment by using the secondary development interface of finite element analysis software ANSYS combined with Visual C++ language and APDL language.The results show that the method described in this paper can effectively linearize and smooth the results of topology optimization of TTC truss support structure,and can get more feasible CAD model and CAE analysis results based on the results.The parameterizedsoftware system for topology optimization design of trough solar torque box concentrator truss structure built in this paper can realize only need.By inputting the basic information of TTC truss support structure topology optimization calculation,users can get the function of related topology optimization results,which greatly reduces the time and effort of engineers and technicians in this aspect of topology optimization design,and provides a powerful tool for TTC truss support structure topology optimization design.
