Case Study On Dynamic Management Of Single Product Economic Value Added

With the continuous deepening of China’s economic transformation work,it has become an inevitable development trend for traditional enterprises to de-capacity and explore new profit growth points.And a set of scientific and reasonable value management programs is undoubtedly an important aspect to ensure the long-term development of enterprises.Based on this demand,this paper combines theoretical analysis with case study through the combination of theory and practical research ideas,and combines the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises to construct a dynamic management model for the economic value added of individual products,which provides a platform for the development of enterprise value management.The necessary theoretical support.In the theoretical analysis part,this paper proposes that traditional EVA theory has limited application scope,insufficient timeliness and easy subjective manipulation.Therefore,based on the traditional EVA theory and improved and expanded,this paper completes the EVA dynamic management program for individual products and helps enterprises.Respond to fierce industry competition and a depressed market.The proposal of this program has provided strong support for the improvement of the efficiency of comprehensive resource utilization of enterprises.Taking Ankai bus as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the current operational capability and value management status of the enterprise,and finds a set of EVA dynamic management plan that is more suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise.Through continuous dynamic tracking and repeated optimization,this paper provides necessary assistance and support for the improvement of enterprise comprehensive resource allocation efficiency and the enhancement of refined management level,and solves the objective management and low operational efficiency of the enterprise during the transformation process.The problem,and make more active efforts for the effective improvement of the overall market value of the enterprise,thereby effectively improving the overall asset operation efficiency of the enterprise.After the simulation operation of the single product EVA dynamic management program in the production activities of a certain body part of Ankai Bus,the research found that the EVA value management work of individual products is refined and the whole process is monitored in real time,and the EVA of each individual product is affected.The analysis of the driving factors of the value,and the proposed improvement measures and implementation of the implementation measures,can achieve the EVA value of the individual product in the whole cycle of production work,and then help Ankai passengers achieve the strategic goal of the overall value of the enterprise.
