| With the development of the economy and the advancement of urbanization,the number of motor vehicles has increased year by year,and traffic congestion has become a serious problem in many cities.The research on traffic congestion has been paid more and more attention.The purpose is to slow down traffic congestion,reduce the probability of traffic accidents caused by traffic congestion,improve the travel efficiency for users to plan the route,avoid the congestion roads,analyze the road congestion and provide users with real-time operation of the vehicle.This paper firstly proposes the congestion evaluation index of the user’s current road.At the same time,based on the user’s perspective,the vehicle video image is taken as input,and a model of road congestion is analyzed based on the traffic elements such as vehicle distance and lane information in the user’s current road.The vehicle detects the position of the vehicle in the current user’s perspective through the vehicle detection algorithm,and estimates the vehicle distance by using the position information;then obtains the distance information matrix according to the vehicle distance,the position relationship between the vehicle and the lane;finally,the obtained vehicle distance matrix is taken as The input of the trained neural network classification model outputs the traffic congestion analysis result.The actual road driving environment has serious occlusion conditions,which makes it impossible to detect the real vehicle distribution through the camera.The actual road congestion information cannot be determined by the obtained vehicle distance information matrix.In order to overcome this problem,the vehicle distance information matrix is optimized according to certain rules,and the optimized vehicle distance information matrix is more in line with the actual road vehicle distribution.This paper proposes a corresponding model design for the analysis of road congestion based on traffic factors such as vehicle distance and lane information in the current road.The model analyzes the traffic elements in the current road from the user’s perspective in real time,the detection cost is low,the real-time performance is high,and the road congestion is analyzed from the user’s perspective,which provides a reference for the user to operate the vehicle in real time.Finally,in the test samples composed of several different scenarios,the road congestion analysis test experiment was carried out and achieved good results. |
