| Every village with traditional culture is a living cultural heritage,embodying the cultural essence and spatial memory of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.At the same time,traditional villages constitute a complex and important social environment for human production and life.In recent years,conservation and utilization of traditional village work,from the point of traditional village survey related research institutions,conservation and utilization of traditional village work has made great achievement,but due to historical reasons,idea,mechanism,as there are the following problems: one is to protect the idea needs to be promoted,heavy development light protection,and planning something is light,heavy construction light culture;Second,the responsibility of protection needs to be clarified.Third,unreasonable tourism development and excessive pursuit of economic interests lead to disorderly development of ancient buildings and damage to the cultural and ecological environment of villages.It can be seen that in the protection and utilization of traditional villages,there are many subjective and objective factors,such as interest subjects,ideas,etc.,with high uncertainty,the protection and utilization of traditional villages are also difficult to some extent.Scenario planning,as a relatively mature planning tool,emphasizes in-depth analysis and research,reasonably provides channels for multiple parties to participate,and has strong systematicness and scientificity in analyzing,studying and predicting the future development environment,which can bring certain inspiration to the protection and utilization planning of traditional villages.In this paper,the concept of scenario planning as a breakthrough,through the study of the origin and development of scenario planning,master the relevant knowledge and theoretical basis of scenario planning;Through the research of urban planning practice based on scenario planning,the characteristics of scenario planning are sorted out.Then combed the literature data,sort out the relationship between protection and utilization of traditional villages,the relevant stakeholders and existing main problems,and combined with the characteristics of the scenario planning and advantage than traditional planning,find out the possibility of the combination of these two,according to sort out the scenario planning application in the field of urban planning implementation steps,sort out the traditional village conservation and utilization based on scenario planning process,theoretical basis for the later scene practice.Taking Renli village in jixi county as the research object,the application of scenario planning in the protection and utilization of Renli traditional villages was implemented from six aspects,namely,the collection and arrangement of basic data of Renli,the identification of focus content and the analysis of key factors,scenario construction,scenario simulation,scenario decision-making,leading scenario selection and optimization.For the traditional village of Renli,this paper simulated three possible future scenarios,namely scenario 1: the ecological livable traditional village,based on the villagers’ living standard and the landscape and pastoral environment of Renli village,opens the road to the activation of the ecological livable and rich life of Renli village;Scenario 2: the traditional village in Renli for thousands of years focuses on the protection of traditional culture and the enhancement of cultural value connotation;Scenario 3: tourism and leisure traditional villages should make full use of natural resources and cultural resources such as Renli landscape to develop tourism.Then,the spatial structure and layout of Renli as well as protection and utilization measures under each scenario were analyzed and proposed.The comparative analysis of the three scenarios was carried out,and the evaluation was carried out through the field method.According to the scores,the leading scheme was selected and optimized to form a new protection and utilization strategy to guide the protection and utilization of Renli village.In conclusion,based on the scenario planning and the traditional villages in the process of the combination of protection and utilization of research,using scenario planning is different from the traditional blueprint plan research train of thought,the traditional village in the process of protection and utilization of uncertainty factors,is the research of traditional village conservation and utilization to provide a new method and new thinking. |
