Community-based Service Institutions And Their Spatial Planning And Design

With Party-mass service center is an important and comprehensive mass service organization in modern community life,which is closely related to the daily life of residents in the community.Since the late 1980 s,the Ministry of Civil Affairs began to advocate community service,and the history of community service in China has been nearly 50 years.In the development of 50 years,the community service center has developed to the mass service center which is everywhere today.But the shabby old interior design of community centers has become increasingly inadequate to meet the needs of the people.The author analyzes the excellent design cases of community service center at home and abroad to summarize the general law of community interior design,and applies it to the interior design case of Hanyang Longdeng community party and mass service center,which is the graduation design.The main methods of my research are case analysis,field investigation and design practice.The first chapter mainly describes the research background,purpose and significance of this topic,and domestic and foreign research trends.In the second chapter,through the analysis of different community center design schemes in Finland,Israel and Chongqing at home and abroad,the author studies the design thinking and scheme of community center designers at home and abroad,and summarizes them from the two directions of "micro" and "integration".In the third chapter,the author expounds the present situation of the service center of the party masses,analyzes the needs of the masses,and summarizes the functions that the service center of the party and the masses should have,and explains what kind of "service-oriented" community center is needed.Chapter four,this chapter is the key chapter of this paper.This chapter will be combined with the questions raised in the previous three chapters and the demand for interior design of the Party and Mass Service Center,and will be applied to the graduation design of the author.The author will draw the whole interior design scheme and the plan will be put into practical use in mid-late 2019.This chapter summarizes the design thinking and mode of the service center of the party masses,and explains the standardization of the interior design of the service center of the party masses.
