In recent years,with the development of offshore wind farms,the problem of wind farm operation and maintenance has attracted people's attention.Considering the short operation time,low operation efficiency and high economic cost of the traditional offshore wind power operation and maintenance mode,the concept of floating wind power operation and maintenance life platform is proposed in this paper.The platform builds a bridge between the towers and shore foundations of offshore wind turbines,which not only provides life and rest services for operators,but also greatly shortens the operation and maintenance time and improves operational efficiency.For this reason,in this paper,the life service platform and its mooring scheme are studied,and the relevant hydrodynamic response simulation analysis is carried out.Firstly,the typical offshore floating platforms are briefly analyzed and compared.According to the requirements of wind power operation and maintenance platforms and the mooring marine environment,three platforms are preliminarily determined.On the basis of the empirical analysis,the diamond platforms are established.Through qualitative analysis,the range of main elements is preliminarily determined,and the objective optimization function is established by using mathematical fuzzy method.The membership function of the fuzzy constraint and objective function is generated.The main parameters of the platform are optimized and determined.Then,combining with the main points of the general layout design of the living platform,the main cabin layout and outfitting equipment of the platform are established,and the general layout chart is drawn and 3ds Max is used to design and produce the effect map.Secondly,considering the unique structure of the platform and the specific marine environment,combined with the mooring type of the platform,four mooring schemes are proposed according to the magnitude of external loads in different directions.The parameters of the mooring system are calculated by the static analysis method,and the design results are checked by the relevant laws and regulations.Finally,based on ANSYS-HYDRO-DIFFRACT module,the frequency domain simulation of the platform is preliminarily analyzed.It is proved that the rhombic platform has better hydrodynamic performance under the high wave direction frequencies at the beginning and the end of the platform,which conforms to the original intention of the platform type design.On the basis of frequency domain analysis,based on ANSYS-HYDRO-RESPONSE module,the motion responses of the four anchoring schemes are simulated and analyzed under time-domain coupling,and two sets of anchoring schemes are selected.The optimized mooring schemes are further analyzed in terms of motion response and mooring tension calculation,and the final mooring scheme which meets the design requirements is established according to its displacement,angle offset and anchor chain strength.Through the preliminary study of wind power operation and maintenance life platform and its mooring type,this paper lays a certain foundation for the study of new operation and maintenance mode of offshore wind farm,and the relevant research results will also provide useful reference for the design and research of offshore wind power operation and maintenance platform.
