Project Management In High Speed Rail Wireless Communication Coverage Project Applied Research In Management

With the development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level,high-speed railway plays an important role in guaranteeing the large flow of urban population,realizing the rational layout of central cities and satellite towns,giving play to the radiation driving role of central cities to surrounding cities,and strengthening the "same city" effect of adjacent cities.Under such background,it is urgent for telecom enterprises to achieve efficient and intensive wireless communication coverage of high-speed railway and provide smooth network services for the vast number of high-speed railway passengers.In a sense,Telecom operators' digital products and high-speed rail are in the same historical development stage,both in the early stage of development,facing major development opportunities and challenges.The first high-speed railway in China was put into operation in August 2008,while the first high-speed railway in Yunnan Province started construction only at the end of 2015.As the Yunnan Tower Company which undertakes the wireless communication coverage of high-speed railway,this is a new type of project management.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper takes the project of wireless public network coverage in Guangkun section of Chengdu-Kunming high-speed railway of Yunnan as an example,combines the theoretical knowledge of project management and project management process,and provides theoretical guidance and concrete measures for the smooth implementation of the project.Through a lot of literature reading,I have mastered the relevant theoretical knowledge,application method and main management process of project management,and understood the coverage status of high-speed rail wireless communication and the characteristics of related projects.Based on the collected project management data,analyze the current situation and problems of the wireless public network coverage project of chengzhou-kunming high-speed railway.Taking this project as an example,the project management process is studied one by one,the project network diagram is drawn according to the sequence of project activities,and the project schedule is drawn up;the project schedule is predicted according to the project time limit,and the project schedule is controlled by the critical path method;and the construction quality of the project is controlled by the PDCA circulation method.In this paper,the project management knowledge of high-speed railway wireless communication coverage project is studied in combination with practical cases.The research results are of reference significance for the project management of high-speed railway and subway project undertaken by iron tower company,and for other projects or process management between operators and enterprises.
