In recent years,with the development of social economy and digital technology,embedded system and Internet technologies have become more and more widely used in the electirc power industry.The traditional power system has many limitations,with its simple and inflexible design,poor emergency handling capacity,the distribution automation system for distribution line security can not be guaranteed.The distribution terminal unit is the key equipment for realizing distribution automation.Its core function is remote data acquisition and control.Based on the above background,the core functions of the distribution automation station are analyzed and designed,and the system is developed.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the index requirements of the distribution terminal unit,and combines the actual subject background to classify the measured objects.The design idea of distinguishing the function modules of data acquisition and signal control is proposed based on such situation.Completed the overall system solution,including main controller,AC analog acquisition,digital acquisition,digital control,communication protocol,and implemented the system from hardware to software.For the hardware design,under the condition of satisfying the core functions and indicators of the system,the subject focuses on low-cost,high-performance design ideas,using the i.MX6 UL processor as the main controller for communication between the system and the remote master station;using Spartan-6 series FPGA as the core Control unit for analog signal acquisition,and propose design ideas for synchronous acquisition of multiple signals,complete circuit design and logic design;use STM32 as the controller for digital acquisition and control.And the corresponding signal conditioning circuit is designed for different boards to ensure the accuracy and speed of data acquisition measurement accuracy and signal control.For the software,different software programs are designed for measurement needs.Program the digital input and output,transmit data through the CAN bus and the main controller;build the SOPC system for the FPGA,complete the calculation,storage and reading of the AC analog data;complete the system on the embedded Linux operating system programming with the remote master station,and the IEC104 protocol.After designing and completing the development of each function board of the system,the paper tests the functions of each module of the system and analyzes the test results.The test results show that the performance of each module of the system is stable and reliable,and it can accurately collect and control the measured object,and also realize the communication function with the remote main station to guarantee the system index requirements.
