A Research On Modern Industrial Heritages In Heilongjiang

With the establishment of the Mohe Gold Mine in the late 19 th century and the construction and operation of the Chinese Eastern Railway(CER),Heilongjiang,as a major province of resources and the main operation area of CER trunk line,started its modern industry rapidly under the influence of various driving factors.The rise of the railway industry,as well as a large number of immigrants and the continuous influx of multi-culture have brought the rise and prosperity of a variety of industrial activities and a large number of industrial buildings.After the founding of PRC in 1949,due to the geographical advantages and a good industrial base bordering the Soviet Union,the central government arranged a large number of key enterprises in Heilongjiang province.At the same time,the abundance of coal and oil gave birth to the outstanding resource-based industrial cities and a number of unique industrial heritages.In the early industrial period of Heilongjiang,with the continuous increase of urban population and the integration of diverse cultures,the application of the "Soviet model" after the founding of PRC not only reflects the development level of construction technology,but also reflects the social and economic development,which has important value and significance for its research.This paper consists of three parts.The first part is a study of the development process,driving factors,industry types,regional distribution and other aspects of modern industrial heritage in Heilongjiang,hoping to summarize the overall characteristics of modern industrial heritage.The second part,on the basis of summarizing the overall situation,focuses on the part of modern industrial heritage constructed from 1949 to 1978.Since there have been special studies on Heilongjiang modern industrial heritage built before 1949,this paper will not specifically discussed.Through in-depth analysis of factors such as site selection,layout mode and planning characteristics,the paper explores the relationship between the industrial heritage and urban morphology.After that,the three most typical industrial types,namely "156" urban industrial heritage,coal mine industrial heritage and Daqing Oil industrial heritage,were selected to discuss their respective characteristics and make a comparative summary.The last part of this paper is the investigation of the status quo of the protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Heilongjiang.All in all,based on the industrial heritage in Heilongjiang province as the research object,through the literature review to its formation and development are summarized,through field investigation and case analysis,chart analysis of existing industrial heritage industry summarized types and distribution characteristics,in order to achieve all-round mastery of industrial heritage in heilongjiang province,and to further explore the structure of the modern industrial heritage representative projects and features,as well as the merits of the reforming practice,which not only helps to reveal the present situation of industrial heritage in Heilongjiang province and unique value of modern industrial heritage,as well as Heilongjiang industrial heritage protection system research and use for reference.
